Abstract: Cangkrukan is an activity that feels right to be held in order develop a Javanese label so it can realized according the steps of KIPAS model counseling. This study aims provide design for implementation cangkrukan activities as affirmation identity through reveals labels people with method symbolic interactionism. The subjects studied were customers Upa Jiwo coffee shop Merjosari area, Malang City. Data analysis uses three stages data from interactionism, namely description, categorization and connection. results show there are several characterize humans, trimo ing pandhum, unggah-ungguh, andhap asor, tepa selira, aja adigang adigung adiguna, guyub rukun. These will used theme discussion organized by counselor counselee.Abstrak: merupakan aktivitas yang dirasa tepat sekali untuk diselenggarakan guna mengembangkan jawa sehingga dapat direalisasikan sesuai langkah-langkah dari konseling KIPAS. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberi ancangan pelaksanaan sebagai penegasan identitas melalui mengungkap label-label manusia dengan metode interaksionisme simbolik. Subjek diteliti adalah pelanggan warung kopi di daerah Kota Malang. analisis menggunakan tiga tahap simbolik yaitu deskripsi, kategorisasi dan konekting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa menjadikan ciri khas Label-label tersebut akan dijadikan tema bahasan dalam oleh konselor konseli.
